Md. Mahbubur Rahman is a medical graduate with 18 years of experience in managing and implementing large projects in Bangladesh. Recently completed WASH Benefits a randomized controlled trial (RCT), one of the largest randomized control trials in this sector. Currently managing two large RCTs as a Principal Investigator, one is in the coastal Bangladesh to see the health impact of climate change adaptation strategies and another research on integrating Child stimulation, maternal and child nutrition, WASH and lead to see the impact on child health. Our work uses a range of qualitative, quantitative and participatory methods. We do impact assessment, process evaluation, and efficacy and effectiveness trial. Presently leading Environmental Interventions Unit at icddr,b which employed a team of public health professionals, epidemiologists, anthropologists, social scientists, economists and statisticians. I have the expertise, leadership, training and motivation to successfully carryout the any sort of research project.
