The sections below give information on both on-campus and off-campus housing options.

Conveniently located next to all conference activities, our on-campus housing is an affordable option for traveling participants. Please note: on-campus housing is only available for participants who are registered for the conference and includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Check-in on September 3 and check-out on September 7. Meals outside of the conference are not included. Make your reservation for on-campus accommodations when you register for the Annual Meeting.

Residential halls have single and shared occupancy accommodations with community shared bathrooms.

The following amenities apply to all of our accommodations:

  • Basic furnishings include: twin bed, dresser, desk and chair
  • Lounge areas for group meetings
  • Nearby conference front desk open 8am-5pm daily (M-F)
  • Service staff on-call 24/7
  • Coin-less laundry facilities
  • Optional computer/Internet activation
  • Wireless internet

Note: Our residence halls are not air conditioned and there is no smoking allowed in the rooms.
Please know that on-campus housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to register for housing is July 20, 2019. On-site housing registration WILL NOT be available.

Shared Occupancy / Roommate
To request a roommate, you will need to provide your preferred roommate’s name when you register. Your roommate must also register and provide your name.

Each person must submit a separate registration. Providing your roommate’s name does not hold a space for someone who has not yet registered for the conference and housing. If you do not select a roommate, one will be assigned to you.

We cannot take requests for a specific residence hall.

The on-campus housing package is for 4-nights and the rates are listed below:
$369.60 per person for a single occupancy for 4-nights
$271.80 per person for a shared occupancy for 4-nights

Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you fail to cancel your on-campus housing stay by the conference cancellation date or do not show up for check-in, you will not receive a refund.
